I am sure you already heard we should never skip breakfast or we shouldn’t eat before going to bed etc..,
well, after spending the latest years trying many healthy diet tips (believe me it wasn’t easy because some of them contradict themselves) I realized that as unique human beings that we all are we also should have our own unique diet, a diet that suits our lifestyle. And it is exactly what I have been doing, not because, I am fat, I am not slim either, but most of all I needed to feel happy satisfied with energy and health. when diabetes and high pressure run in almost everyone in the family you start to think you need to do something, for real.
So, almost a year ago I started to cut carbs and soda and learn how to cook healthy and never felt so good, I still have a long path to walk but I wanted to share with others some of the latest diet plans, exercise tips and more.
